2 teaspoons instant yeast
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 ½ cups warm water
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

1 In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, rosemary, salt, and sugar.
2 Add warm water and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
3 Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
4 Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
5 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
6 Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls. Place them on a baking sheet.
7 Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
8 In a small saucepan, melt garlic butter and brush it over the warm rolls. Sprinkle parsley on top.
